By participating in this Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1.1. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, officers, and directors of Bayleaf Restaurant ("we," "us," "our") and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when submitting the entry form.
2.1. Entry Requirements: To enter the Promotion, participants must scan the QR code and provide the following details: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
2.2. Free Birthday Gift: Participants who provide their date of birth will receive a free gift or special offer on their birthday.
2.3. Grand Prize: One participant will be randomly selected to win a free dinner for two at Bayleaf Restaurant. The prize covers the full bill for food only; drinks are not included.
2.4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion.
3.1. The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period.
3.2. The winner will be notified via the phone number or email provided during entry.
3.3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or if the winner fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
3.4. All decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.
4.1. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
4.2. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receiving promotional communications from Bayleaf Restaurant. Participants can opt-out at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.
5.1. Bayleaf Restaurant is not responsible for:
Lost, late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries.
Technical failures or errors that may affect entry submission or winner notification.
5.2. By participating, you release Bayleaf Restaurant from any liability arising from your participation or acceptance of the prize.
